Account deletion policy

On this page, we will explain how you can request the deletion of your account and what data is deleted or retained by us.

Steps to request the deletion of your account:
Sign in to your Commanda account.
Navigate to the Profile section.
Look for the "Delete account" option.
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Confirm the action.
Your account will be permanently deleted and all associated data will be deleted.

Data we delete:
Once you delete your account, we will permanently delete all personal data you have provided while using our application, including but not limited to:
Name, email and other profile information.
History of activities and publications.
Custom preferences and settings.

Data we retain and additional retention periods:
Despite deleting your account, we may retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes and to keep our app working properly, which may include:
Non-personal information and statistical data that do not allow users to be individually identified.
Logs of account activities for audit and security purposes.
Information necessary to resolve disputes or take legal action.
